In the Ambulance Missions, "Paramedic", get all the way up to Level 12 and pass it and you will have infinite run!!!1
STRATEGY: I suggest you do it in the beginning of the Game when there are no Gangs shooting at you.But if you have all ready beat some missions or the game activating the hatred towards you from the Gangs, Go to Stauton Island and Do It (TRUST ME, MUCH EASIER). OH Yeah Allways have the Ambulance Lights on, drive slow( It doesnt hurt much), and ALLWAYS have the better car handling code on!!!!!!!!!
Get FlameThrower At Hideouot:
First Thing is first, Get a Fire Truck in one of the 3 cities(Not including Ghost Island LOL) then put 20 fires out in that city, does not have to be done consecutively. Then go to the next city and put 20 fires out there, do not have to be done consecutively. Then Go to the next city and put 20 fires out there, does not have to be done consecutively. When you have put 20 fires out in each city the FLAMETHROWER will now be available at yur hideout!!!!!
STRATEGY:I sugest to start in Portland, then Shoreside, then Stauton. It is a very easy job putting out fires, there is really no strategy i could give you but, dont hesitate to plow into cars, if you see a rare car on fire during a mission GET OUT and get it!THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE DONE CONSECUTIVELY!!!!
Health Refill and Adrenaline Pill At Hideout:
Get an Ambulance and start up a "paramedic" mission and save 35 people, DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DONE CONSECUTIVELY, and you will have the Health Refill at yur Hideout from now on. Then If you save 70 people, DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DONE CONSECUTIVELY, you will have the Adrenaline Pill at yur Hideoout!!!!
STRATEGY: Just follow the same strategy i gave for the Infinite Run, and for the these 2 items you dont have to get to any levels or do any consecutively!!
Police Bribes At Hideout:
First get a police related car and start a "Vigilante" Mission. Kill 20 criminals in each city, DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DONE CONSECUTIVELY, and you will have 3 police bribes at each Hideout!!
STRATEGY: I suggest you do this over in Shoreside with a tank so you can just easily kill any criminal with running them over or shooting them with the tank's nozel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Secret Borgnine Taxi In Portland:
First Get a Taxi or a Cabbie. Then complete 100 "Taxi" missions(Just all the time throughout yur time playing the game, whenever you've delivered yur 100th fare you will get it.)DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DONE CONSECUTIVELY! When you deliver yur 100th fare the Borgnine taxi will be available at the Borgnine taxi Comp. in Portland near the Head Radio Station.(Note*The Taxi might not be there every time you go to get one it comes at random)
STRATEGY: I suggest you do this in Shoreside Vale, or whatever town you are real familier with(If the mob hates you DO NOT do the "Taxi" missions in Portland)Well I also suggest to use the TAXI and not the Cabbie, whats the difference you ask, Taxi is a slight bit faster and is the only car that can do the super fast back up spin, and there you have it, have fun, its not a great car.
Moon Trick:
When the moon is visible take out the trusty old Sniper Rifle and shoot the moon, You'll see what happens(I dont consider this a glitch)
